Nutella braided tear and share bread

You will Need

*450g /1lb of Bread Flour

*some people are finding the dough too dry Start with 400g add the rest if it needs it. It's all to do with egg sizes, butter and milk fat contents. Hope that helps.

70g / 1/3 of a cup of Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Active Dried Yeast
A pinch of Salt
30g / 1oz of melted Unsalted Butter
180ml / 3/4 of a cup of warmed Milk
2 Egg Yolks (keep the whites to glaze the bread)
1 cup of Nutella

Bake at 180'C /350'F for 15 - 20 minutes


Combine all ingredients except nutella.  Kneed for 10 minutes.  Let rest for approx 2 hours, till doubles in size.  Punch down dough then split into 4 equal sized pieces.  Roll out to approx 10 inch circle.  Spread nutella on it.  Repeat with layers 2 and 3.  Roll out last ball of dough and place on top.  Cut circle, cut into 4ths, then 8ths, then 16ths.  twist dough. when done, let sit with damp cloth and let rise another 20 minutes.  Preheat oven.  bake for 15-20mins until golden but do not over brown
